Versity® is nothing less than the new age of real estate.
There will be a before and after Versity®. For years, the world of real estate transactions has been dominated by institutional players who do not move with the times. It was therefore time to bring real innovative solutions to the problems faced by real estate professionals wishing to market properties for sale, and by individuals wishing to acquire their future home, to facilitate and accelerate the process of selling or acquiring a property.
A startup with an evocative name, Les Agences de Papa is the first digital real estate agency in France to imagine a virtual world with immersion in the environment of a property for sale would be possible. Versity® was born.
The company has been listed on Euronext Access+ (MLPAP) since May 2021. It is headquartered in Nice, France, and already has a number of success stories:
  • 12 million euros already raised
  • Over 10,000 sales mandates since its creation
  • More than 500 press releases
Since 2019, Les Agences de Papa are "revolutionising real estate" with fixed agency fees starting at 2000 euros. For the past 3 years, the company has been in hyper-growth and is building the foundations of the real estate revolution.
But true to our philosophy, we are aware of the major challenges ahead for our industry: the Web3 revolution, the sharing and distribution of value as well as new modes of consuming push us to continue innovating. Always further!
In 2022, we wish to continue our original mission by imagining and anticipating these (r)evolutions, specific to the world of real estate. This is why, with our expertise, our team and our knowledge, we propose the creation of a new virtual world where we involve everyone: individuals, professionals and investors.
