The NFT PARSELL

• Parsell are divided into 2 categories. Example in France:

  • PREMIUMS(2 Levels), which represent about 7% of the total number of NFTs issued. They are the most coveted and will be progressively sold at auction; floor price will be impacted by the economic attractiveness of the PARSELL.

  • EXPLORERS (3 Levels), which represent 93% of the NFTs issued, and will be progressively sold at auction; floor price will be impacted by the economic attractiveness of the PARSELL.

• The value of Parsell NFTs :

  • It is correlated to the volume of business generated in the postcode that Parsell represents. It is a kind of local "GDP";

  • The increase in business volume over time increases the value of Parsell NFTs, and thus their inherent value;

  • Parsell can be traded on the VERSITY marketplace, at a price set by their owners.

• Each Parsell NFT is a reward generator, depending on the associated "rent" it receives through the activities and services attached to it. The "rent" pricing policy will evolve in 3 stages:

  1. Step 1: VERSITY sets and updates the reference prices of services;

  2. Step 2: VERSITY proposes a referral price, but adds minimum and maximum price levels within which the owner decides;

  3. Step 3: In agreement with the community, prices can be set freely. VERSITY will only give an indicative price.
