The Issue Price of the SITY during the ICO are:

Round 1: $0.0045, discounted by 70%. (compared to listing price)

Round 2: $0.0050, discounted by 66.67. (compared to listing price)

Round 3 : 0.0060 Dollars, discounted by 60%. (compared to listing price)

Launchpad : 0.0075 Dollars, discounted by 46.67. (compared to listing price)

The SITY will initially be listed on one or more DEXs (decentralised exchanges), including Uniswap. Subsequently, we are already in discussion with several CEXs (centralized exchanges).

NFT PARSELL's used

The SITY is a utility token that allows you to purchase VERSITY's NFTs, called PARSELL. Each NFT owner becomes de facto a player in the marketplace and can expect to earn revenue from it, depending on the service activity that takes place. See the PARSELL NFTs section for more information.

Anti-dumping mechanisms

We have put in place several mechanisms called "anti-dumping", in order to protect ourselves against a drop in the price of the SITY token after its launch. In this case, it mainly takes place in 4 stages after the TGE (Token Generation Event)

1. Cliff & vesting mechanisms applied to SITY buyers during the ICO, thus avoiding massive sales of the token;

2. A few weeks after the launch of the SITY, the listing on at least one decentralised exchange will allow holders to trade the token and earn passive income from it;

3. In the short term, VERSITY will make available the marketplace allowing to buy PARSELL NFTs (and thus to generate transaction volume)

4. Launch of VERSITY in its first version (2D), which will allow to start using the PARSELL

5. Release (2023) of the VERSITY metaverse
